Mark 2:23 - 3:6
In Mark 2:23-3:6, the Pharisees catch Jesus and His disciples doing "work" on the Sabbath. In response, Jesus declares Himself "Lord of the Sabbath," and instructs them about the true and original meaning of Sabbath-keeping. This is the kind of Sabbath we should want to keep!
